Is China visa-free for the Philippines?

I can't help signing. There is no visa-free agreement between China and the Philippines, so China citizens need to apply for visas in advance to go to the Philippines. Only passports of China Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region can enter the country visa-free for seven days. The Philippines provides ordinary tourist visas, 72-hour transit visas and 7-day visa exemption to citizens holding ordinary passports in China.
