Swedish investment immigration conditions
1. Apply for residence permit due to kinship.
If you plan to live in Sweden for a long time with your husband, wife, cohabiting partner or your children or other close relatives, you should apply for a residence permit before going to Sweden. You can apply for a residence permit at the Swedish Embassy in Beijing. If you decide to live in Sweden with your family, the embassy will arrange a conversation after you submit the materials.
After the embassy has obtained all the necessary materials, your application will be submitted to the Swedish Immigration Bureau. Then the Swedish Immigration Bureau will inform your relatives in Sweden to talk and finally make a decision on your application. The embassy will inform you of the result of the application. If you are approved, the embassy will add the residence permit to your passport. You are not allowed to go to Sweden first and wait for the decision of the immigration bureau.

Two sets of completed and signed application forms.
Three recent photos, two posted on the application form, and one handed in with the materials. The photo must meet the following requirements: the photo must show the whole face, and the eyes should face the front lens when shooting; Color photos with light background; The photo must be a recent photo within half a year, and must conform to my actual appearance; Photos must be bareheaded, except for special religious reasons. A valid passport. Two passport identity pages. If you don't have a passport, you can apply first and then send it.
Marriage certificate (in Chinese and English) and its copy; If you are married in Sweden, please provide two Swedish marriage certificates. If you have ever been married, please provide a divorce certificate (in Chinese and English) and its copy. If you are not married, please provide a single notarial certificate (in Chinese and English) and its copy.
Two copies of the identity page of your husband/wife/cohabiting partner passport.
Personal certificate issued by the tax bureau of your husband/wife/cohabiting partner.
If your husband/wife/cohabiting partner is a scholar studying or conducting research in Sweden, you should also attach an invitation letter from the other party and provide information on financial guarantee; You should also provide the employment certificate of your employer in China (English).
If you are refused a visa, the application fee will not be refunded. At present, the application acceptance fee is 525 yuan.
