1, entrust an international notary lawyer or notary to notarize the birth certificate registered abroad;

2. Submit the notarized birth certificate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for certification;

3. Send the birth certificate certified by the diplomatic department of the country to the Chinese embassy or consulate for certification;

4. Foreign lawyers send recognized legal documents back to China for use.
