Liu Tianci (1948-), born in Hong Kong, is a former Hong Kong TVB executive. Bachelor of Philosophy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 1980, he was promoted to wireless production director at the age of 32. In 1990, he announced his retirement at the age of 42 and immigrated to Canada. He once hosted a program on a Canadian Chinese radio station. After many years, he returned to Hong Kong and hosted the TV show "Rhino Club" with Tao Jie on TVB. Currently, he is the host of "Talking About East and West" program on RTHK every Monday to Friday and Sunday, the online program "Interesting Sayings", and the segment "God-given Grandpa's Words" on Hong Kong Cable TV Children's Program "Wisdom and Fun Base Camp" Pass".
