Was the ancestor of Baoding King in Hebei Province from Sanfan Village, Dayu Town, Yangqu County, Taiyuan, Shanxi Province?

This can't be found out. Baoding is one of the destinations of Sophora japonica immigrants in Hongdong, Shanxi. Since the Ming Dynasty, a large number of Shanxi immigrants moved to most parts of the north, including Baoding. Of course, it includes immigrants from Wang Xing. But unless there is a detailed genealogy, it is difficult to find out who moved in from Shanxi.
