Embassies and consulates in China does not accept visa application materials submitted by post. International marriage visa applicants need to make an appointment in advance, and other types of visas do not need to make an appointment.

The visa fee will not be refunded after the visa is refused, but an appeal can be made.

Visa application process:

1. Download the visa application form and the list of materials required for visa application.

2. According to the territorial division announced by the ROK, determine the embassy or consulate that submitted the application, and select one from the list of agencies designated by the ROK to handle visa application procedures.

3. Waiting for visa review or supplementary materials.

4. Visit the Korean Embassy in official website to check the visa review results.

5. Get a visa. After obtaining a visa, the applicant should carefully check whether all the information on the visa is correct, especially whether the starting and ending time and the number of days of stay of the visa are consistent with the application, and whether the personal information such as the name on the visa is spelled correctly. If you find any mistakes, you should contact the visa office in time.

Materials required for visa application:

2. Tourist visa (group): passport or travel document, valid for at least 6 months (excluding the time allowed to stay in Korea). Completed tourist visa application form and photocopy of passport information page of each member of the tour group (* * * 3 photocopies; 1 set submitted to the Korean Immigration Bureau, 1 set filed by the embassy or consulate, 1 set kept by the travel agency). 3. Business visa: passport, 1 photo, copy of ID card, visa application form, employment certificate, company letter of introduction, and copy of company business license stamped with company seal. 4. Visa for studying abroad: passport, 1 photo, copy of ID card, visa application form, diploma or school certificate of the final graduation institution, tuition payment certificate, and financial ability certificate (property certificate in the name of parents can be used instead, but proof of kinship should be submitted together).

5. Medical visa: passport, 1 photo, copy of ID card, visa application form, certificate of appointment for treatment or recuperation in domestic medical institutions or convalescent institutions in Korea, hospital diagnosis certificate or doctor's opinion issued by domestic and foreign medical institutions or convalescent institutions that can explain the need for treatment or recuperation, and proof of ability to pay the required funds during treatment, recuperation and stay.

6. Visa for visiting relatives: passport, 1 photo, original and photocopy of ID card, original and photocopy of household registration book, visa application form and proof of kinship.
