What's interesting in Jintang County?

1 Jintang Genting Mountain Scenic Area, located in jiulong town, Jintang County, northwest of Chengdu, consists of Genting Mountain, Xiaotang Three Gorges of Tuojiang River, Sanxue Temple and Fort Hill. Genting Shicheng is the only surviving ancient castle in western Sichuan against the Yuan Dynasty in the late Southern Song Dynasty. The combination of green hills and beautiful waters with long historical and cultural relics is a major feature of this scenic spot. There are beautiful scenery such as "Yunding Sunrise" and "Foggy Mountain and Sea of Clouds" on the mountain, which is very imposing and is a tourist attraction.

2. Lihua Valley Scenic Area in Qixian County, located in Jintang County, Chengdu, is named after pear trees planted all over the mountain. Pear planting in Lihua Valley has a long history, and there are many varieties of pear trees all over the mountain. At present, there are 60,000 pear trees and 40,000 peach trees on the hillside of 5 square kilometers. Every spring, summer and March, pear blossoms fly and peach blossoms bloom. The whole pear valley is a sea of flowers and a good place for leisure travel.

Wufengxi ancient town, located on the bank of Tuojiang River in Jintang County, Chengdu, is named after the extremely curved mountains in the territory, with peaks all the way from north to south to east. Looking from a distance, it looks like a phoenix soaring into the sky, with five sharp peaks. Wufeng ancient town, located between mountains and rivers, has a variety of immigrant culture. The rich and unique folk houses in the Qing Dynasty, magnificent and harmonious architecture, give visitors a different sightseeing experience.
