Marriage immigrants in Cyprus

The applicant must be at least 18 years old and have no criminal record;

Buying a property worth 300,000 euros or more in Cyprus (the property must be approved by the authorities and audited before applying);

Personal and spouse's names have assets certificates equivalent to 300,000 euros, and provide documents (deposits, real estate, company assets);

Naturalization policy

The applicant must legally reside in Cyprus;

Applicants must have lived in Cyprus for 365 days in the year before application and have lived in Cyprus continuously for at least 7 years.

If the parents or children of Cypriots apply for naturalization, they must live in Cyprus for 365 days in the year before the application and have lived in Cyprus for five consecutive years.

The spouse of a Cypriot citizen applying for naturalization has been married for at least 3 years and has lived in Cyprus for 2 years at the time of application;

Applicants for naturalization need to attend 1-2 Greek interview;

For two consecutive days, I made a statement in the local newspaper in Cyprus, saying that I would like to become a Cypriot citizen.
