On-the-spot publicity was carried out around "water conservation, soil and water conservation, long-term system of rivers and lakes, and rural drinking water safety", and more than 1000 publicity materials were distributed and 300 people were consulted, which further enhanced the awareness of water distress and water crisis of all sectors of society and the broad masses of the people.

Actively cooperate with the Municipal Water Affairs Bureau to promote the establishment of water-saving enterprises. Third, the main problems

First, the capacity building of water resources management is insufficient. The water resources management team in our region has been carrying forward under the condition of lack of equipment, funds and professional talents, which seriously restricts the improvement of water resources management level. There are only 1 person (part-time) for district-level water resource managers, and there is no special' water resource manager' at town level.

Second, the investment in water-saving technological transformation is insufficient. Many industries and enterprises have insufficient investment in water-saving technological transformation, outdated water supply facilities and equipment, and high cost of updating water supply facilities and equipment, which leads to an increase in accidents such as disrepair, sick operation, serious water leakage and water pipe burst, and serious waste of water resources.

Third, the public's awareness of water conservation needs to be improved. Our region belongs to one of the areas with serious water shortage, but all walks of life do not know much about the regional situation and water conditions, and the public's awareness of water crisis and water saving is very weak. The popularization and application rate of water-saving appliances, new water-saving technologies and new materials is not high, and the waste of water resources is still common.

IV. Next Work Plan

First, increase investment in special funds for water resources. Increase financial support for the development, utilization, conservation, protection and management of water resources.
