Which province and city is Xiqili Village located in?

In the first year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1403), people immigrated from Hongdong City to settle here. Because it is seven miles away from the surrounding villages, it was named Qilizhuang. Xiqili Village is located on the west side of Li Qian levee, and Baiyangdian is connected with the water diversion of Anxin City. Xiqili village is divided into three groups.
