The plan has no quota restrictions and is not limited to industries.

Application conditions:

1. The applicant must be 18 years old or above;

2. Have a bachelor degree or above. Under special circumstances, if you have good technical qualifications, outstanding professional ability and achievements, a lower education is acceptable;

3. It has been employed by a Hong Kong company before the application, and the work it is engaged in must be related to academic qualifications or work experience, and it is not easy to find local people;
