Process:

(1) The applicant submits application materials to the entry-exit management agency of the public security organ at or above the county level entrusted by the National Immigration Administration and collects fingerprint information in accordance with regulations;

(2) The acceptance agency will issue an acceptance receipt to the applicant if the application materials are complete and in legal form and meet the application conditions; if the application materials are incomplete or do not comply with the legal form, the applicant will be informed at one time that supplements and corrections are required. All contents; applications that do not fall within the scope of the department’s responsibilities or do not meet the acceptance requirements will not be accepted and the reasons will be explained to the applicant.

(3) The approval agency shall review and make a decision of approval or disapproval. If approved, a certificate will be issued; if not approved, the approval agency will issue a "Decision of Disapproval" to the applicant.

(4) The applicant collects the certificate.

Applicants can bring the required relevant materials to the local entry-exit hall (Address of the Entry-Exit Reception Hall of Kuancheng District Public Security Bureau: No. 228, Fucheng Road, Kuancheng District, Changchun City, Jilin Province) and fill in the Chinese Citizenship and Immigration Application Form on the spot. Entry document application form, submit the materials to the window, the staff will review the materials, and obtain the acceptance receipt.

(1) Materials for application for travel permit to and from Taiwan

1. Application form that meets the requirements;

2. Application that complies with the "Guidelines for Photographing Entry and Exit Documents" Personal photo;

3. Original resident ID card of the applicant. Those who are under 16 years old and have not applied for a resident ID card can submit their household registration book for verification, and active-duty People's Liberation Army soldiers and people's armed police must submit their military identity certificate (officer's ID card, soldier's ID card or police officer ID card);

4. Registered state functionaries and military personnel must submit a letter of approval for their entry and exit documents issued by their unit or superior supervisory unit in accordance with the cadre management authority, except for those who apply for Taiwan with an "approval document for going to Taiwan".

5. Applicants under the age of 16 should also submit proof of guardianship relationship (birth certificate, household registration book, etc.) and the guardian’s original resident ID card; if the guardian entrusts someone else to accompany him, he must also submit Letter of attorney for the guardian, hand over the original resident ID card of the person being entrusted for verification
