Is it difficult to find a job in the United States after graduating from New Zealand?

I am currently in America. If you have a New Zealand diploma, you don't have a New Zealand identity pr, or citizens come to work directly as h 1b, the possibility is basically zero. There are two main reasons. First, the level of New Zealand is several grades behind that of the United States. Coming here with a New Zealand diploma to compete with American college graduates for jobs is just like domestic graduates going to Japan to find jobs with their domestic diplomas. Secondly, all the students here have full-time internship experience. Internships or full-time jobs in New Zealand are recognized here with colored glasses (this is the disadvantage of not having nz pr or citizenship). At the same time, the enterprise you work for must be a well-known enterprise, and it is convincing to be able to call it out. This is the weakness of New Zealand, and there are no well-known enterprises. If you want to immigrate to the United States, you still have to study for graduate students here for better development. New Zealand's top eight diplomas are recognized, but it does not mean that you can apply for graduate students directly. This is another topic.
