Politeness is very important.

It's polite to knock twice before entering the door, not too much or too much. You don't have to wait for the people inside to come in, because the people inside know that you have come in. The correct way is to knock on the door twice, open the door, close the door gently, and then say good morning/good afternoon.

Keep a calm smile when talking to the visa officer and look at him/her. To tell the truth, the visa officer can only look at you for a few minutes, and the rest of the time is inputting your information into the computer. If you always look around or bow your head, the visa officer will think that you are guilty and that your conversation is somewhat untrue.

Pass the material behind the big glass with both hands. When you leave, please say thank you (although you have scolded me a million times in your heart) and close the door gently, no matter whether you are told to refuse or pass the visa.

Your material

The original of your materials should be brought into the interview room by yourself, but you can't and can't look at it after you go in, because there is a big glass and a monitor in front of you, and your every move is being monitored. 4. About English

Some people think that speaking directly to visa officers in English can avoid hateful translation and leave a good impression on yourself in English. Basically, this statement and practice is feasible. In fact, those English translators are very unfriendly, especially girls, because they usually leave no room for speech and always give people a high profile. Moreover, many examples prove that when you make a mistake and want to reinterpret it, translators often don't translate it for you.

There is a premise for dialogue in English, that is, your English is really good and your expression is not very bad. In addition, don't recite your study plan! ! ! Try to be natural and relax as much as possible, so that visa officers can have the best chat feeling (pay attention to the feeling of chatting rather than chatting! )

If your English is not very good, don't use it, because once something goes wrong, you sometimes won't notice it yourself, and the visa officer will make mistakes. It's no harm for your visa to let go of your dissatisfaction with the translation and build up respect for it.

5. Time problem

Interview 1 minute is 30 minutes faster than it is. If you go to the waiting room, you will find that some rooms are fast and some rooms are slow. Fast and slow doesn't affect your visa, because visa officers have different personalities and have a lot to do with your materials, which doesn't mean fast is good.

Slow is hanging. Fast visa officers are usually arbitrary, and some people have decided whether to give you a visa before you enter the door. Believe in yourself, as long as you are well prepared, the materials are powerful and the answers are accurate, there is nothing you can't pass.

Look at the phone

The mobile phone must be turned off when entering the waiting room, so before entering the security gate, be sure to call your family and ask them to keep an eye on the mobile phone. This is very important for friends who need to look at their mobile phones. In the meantime, any phone call should be taken seriously as suspicious, because it is related to your future and your visa fee of several hundred yuan, which should be worth such a long time of preparation.

7. Speakers

To tell the truth, the speakers in the waiting room are not very good, especially when foreigners pronounce your English name. China people's names are always not authentic, so listen carefully and don't chat blindly with the people around you (no noise is allowed in the waiting room, even if you chat, don't chat for a long time, there are monitors watching you, so as not to let them think that you are colluding), and try to be within hearing.
