What are Hong Kong dependants?

There are two types of dependants in Hong Kong, namely:

The Immigration Department of the SAR Government will handle pending and new applications in accordance with the new policy. For those who were allowed to stay in Hong Kong earlier under the transitional arrangements of the Immigration Department of the SAR Government, the relevant permits will remain valid, and they can apply for extension of stay before the expiration of their stay, which will be handled by the Immigration Department of the SAR Government according to the new policy.
