Yes, at present, there are 3 1 cities in China that can apply for Taiwan Pass in different places. They are: Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot, Shenyang, Dalian, Changchun, Harbin, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Hefei, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Nanchang, Jinan, Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanning, Haikou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guiyang, Kunming and Xi.

Taiwan Pass (a pass for mainland residents to travel to and from Taiwan Province Province) is a travel pass issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Public Security for mainland residents to travel to Taiwan Province Province. When entering Taiwan Province Province, they will be checked together with the entry and exit cards issued by the Ministry of Interior and the Immigration Department of Taiwan Province Province. Applications for mainland residents' travel permits and tourist endorsements to and from Taiwan are generally completed within 10 working days.
