First, Hong Kong investment immigrants; Official Name: Capital Investor Access Plan (suspended on 20 15 1.04)

Conditions for handling investment immigration in Hong Kong:

(a) He/she has reached the age of 18 when applying to come to Hong Kong under this scheme;

(2) Its net assets in the two years before the application are not less than HK$ 6,543,800+million;

(c) investing not less than HK$ 6,543,800+in the approved investment assets within six months before submitting the application to the Immigration Department or within six months after the application is approved in principle by the Immigration Department.

Second, Hong Kong commercial immigrants; Official Name: Hong Kong Investment/Business Participation Visa

Conditions for handling commercial immigration in Hong Kong:

A. The applicant has no known serious criminal record;

B, the applicant has a good educational background, usually refers to holding a bachelor's degree in related fields, but under special circumstances, it is acceptable to have good technical qualifications, proven professional ability and/or documented relevant experience and achievements;

C. The applicant has overseas permanent resident status; or

D the applicant has lived overseas for not less than one year immediately before the application ("overseas" refers to countries or regions outside the mainland of China, Macao Special Administrative Region and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region), and the application is submitted from overseas.

3. Hong Kong skilled immigrants or Hong Kong working immigrants; Official Name: Admission of Mainland Talents Scheme

Conditions for handling skilled immigrants in Hong Kong:

A. The applicant has no known serious criminal record;

B, the applicant has a good educational background, usually refers to holding a relevant bachelor's degree, but under special circumstances, it is also accepted to have good technical qualifications, proven professional ability and/or documented relevant experience and achievements; (At present, there are places above master's degree, which need to be evaluated)

C. There are indeed vacancies in Hong Kong companies;

D, the applicant must have been hired, and the work must be related to their own education or work experience, and can not easily let themselves serve; and

E salary and benefits (including income, housing, medical care and other fringe benefits) should be basically the same as those of local professionals at that time.

According to the application for approval of the plan for importing professionals, approval can be considered if the following conditions are met.

Fourth, talent immigrants from Hong Kong; Official name: quality migrant admission scheme.

Conditions for applying for talent plan:

Applications that meet the "basic conditions" and accumulate the lowest passing score under the comprehensive scoring system, and applications that meet the "basic conditions" and accumulate scores under the performance scoring system will be sorted according to the total score, and those with higher scores will be selected for further evaluation. 5. Hong Kong reunified immigrants; Official Name: Relatives immigrate to Hong Kong

Conditions for applying for reunion immigration in Hong Kong:

(1) One of the husband and wife has settled in Hong Kong or Macao and separated for many years;

(2) Parents who have settled in Hong Kong and Macao are old and frail and must be taken care of by mainland children;

(3) The helpless elderly and children in the Mainland have to rely on their immediate family members and close relatives in Hong Kong and Macao;

(4) The property of immediate family members who have settled in Hong Kong or Macao has not been inherited, and only mainland children who have settled can inherit it;

(5) There are other special circumstances that must be solved.
