It is a memorial building complex with a large scale and a long history of immigration during Hongwu and Yongle periods in Ming Dynasty.

The Monument Pavilion is located in the former China Ancient Pagoda, facing south, on the top of the mountain, with only one roof, covered with tube sheets and tiles. There is a monument in the pavilion, which is 3.5 meters high, 0.8 meters wide and 0.3 meters thick. The head of the monument is engraved with the word "memorial". In Beiyang, there are five official books in Guhuai, and Yin Bei's inscription sums up all the stories of immigrants in the early Ming Dynasty. Shijing Building stands on the top of the back kiln of Beiting, which was built in the fifth year of Jin Cheng 'an (1200) and is the only relic of Guangji Temple.
