Cluster service of geological data information in northwest China

Based on the demonstration research project of regional geological data information clustering, this paper explores the clustering service mechanism of geological data information service in northwest China, and puts forward the establishment of normalized geological data information collaborative service mechanism, cluster service platform, cluster node system and clustering release of geological data information. This clustering service mode will solve the problem of scattered geological data information storage and "isolated island" service, and greatly improve the service ability of geological achievements.

Geological data information is the concentrated expression of the important achievements accumulated by geological work for a long time, the main carrier of geological work serving the society, and the important basic information resources supporting national economic construction and social development. With the economic development and social progress, the demand for geological information in all walks of life is increasingly strong. However, due to the decentralized management of geological information, the mechanism and means of sharing and comprehensive utilization of geological information and the ability of online business services are still relatively weak, and the public participation is not high. The geological information "ecological service community" that encourages information consumption has not yet formed, which restricts the effective play of the potential value of geological information.
1 industrialization of geological data information cluster
In China, with the landing of cloud computing, the perception of the Internet of Things and the mining of big data, many industries and fields have also started "cluster" projects. 20 10 The Ministry of Land and Resources issued the Work Plan for Promoting the Cluster Industrialization of Geological Information Services, which is demand-oriented, aims at improving the efficiency and benefit of geological information utilization, and takes the innovation of geological information sharing service system and mechanism as the driving force to build an information sharing service system that widely exchanges and serves the society, forming a new situation of rational distribution of information resources, classification of information services and full participation of geological exploration units. It has promoted the formation of a benign operation mechanism of regional service integrating data collection, exchange, integration and update, accelerated the geological information service and improved the geological information service capacity [1]. This is the first time in China's geological industry, and it is a major change in the traditional concept and mode of geological data information service, which is conducive to prolonging the industrial chain of geological work, improving the service capacity of geological achievements, solving outstanding problems in geological data management and avoiding repeated investment in geological work [2].
2 Northwest Geological Data Information Cluster Service
Under the overall arrangement of the Development Research Center of China Geological Survey, Xi 'an Geological Survey Center undertook the demonstration research project of geological data information cluster in northwest China. Based on the six principles of "adhering to public service, comprehensive coverage, interconnection, safeguarding rights and interests, gradual promotion and participation of all parties", the research group focused on the construction of geological data database, service platform, data operation environment and network around the guiding principles of integrating clusters, deep development, realizing informatization, socialized service and developing industrialization. With modern information technology as a means, we will build a regional geological information resource sharing service platform, establish a geological information sharing mechanism, gradually eliminate or connect isolated islands of geological information, bring our scattered and isolated geological information together on a unified sharing platform, and integrate and apply them, and gradually form a distributed and multi-level geological information service capability that can meet the different needs of the northwest region.
2. 1 northwest geological data information cluster service mechanism
The research group cooperated with Xinjiang, Shaanxi and Ningxia Land and Resources Information Centers, actively and effectively explored and tried to build a normal mechanism for regional and provincial geological data sharing and service through investigation, visit, observation, training, guidance and cooperation, and reached a consensus on geological data management mechanism, exchange system and service model. Geological data information "cluster" should be escorted by geological data collection, management and service system on the premise that all management functions are fully in place, follow unified standards and norms, take "node group" as aggregation unit, and carry out cross-regional collaborative services for different user groups through the network * * * sharing platform. At the same time, with the project as the link, the business communication between regional and provincial levels has been strengthened, and the normalized linkage service mechanism has been established through cluster networking, gradually realizing the transformation of geological data from traditional information collection to modern cluster service.
The elements of regional and provincial geological data information collaborative sharing and service mechanism are summarized as follows:
1) system guarantee. From the aspects of expediting, receiving, acceptance, storage and submission of geological data, the geological data management system is effectively implemented, the internal operation process is improved, the quality of submission is guaranteed, and accurate and authoritative data sources are provided for information sharing.
2) Build platforms and passages. Relying on information and network technology, we will build a hierarchical, point-to-point, real-time, efficient and intelligent service channel, eliminate information islands while safeguarding local rights and interests, and expand the field and scope of geological data information service.
3)*** Enjoy the service: On the basis of earnestly implementing the geological data collection system, through the construction of cluster node system and other technical means, we will establish efficient services and point-to-point channels between regions and provinces, realize the release and linkage services of geological data information, and present a seamless service window to the outside world (Figure 1).

2.2 Northwest Geological Data Information Cluster Service Platform
Guided by the actual demand, following the frontier theory of information technology, closely following the theme of "clustering" of geological data information, and aiming at the present situation of centralized and decentralized collection of geological data information, the research group developed a geospatial information retrieval system. The "tree or mesh" networking form of "department, bureau, region, province and city" presents a node cluster service mode, which provides an operational support environment for building a geological data information node group with extensive participation, wide coverage and interconnection.
Geospatial information retrieval system takes "data center" as the aggregation core, and constructs a resource-oriented and service-oriented parallel architecture system. Through various technical means such as node certificate authentication, data discovery, information transmission, data aggregation, discrete storage, loose equivalence, parallel retrieval, information reconstruction, etc. , which realizes the functions of information collection, cross-domain deployment, customized access and diversified retrieval means between geological information cluster nodes and architecture groups, and provides the background and background of the cluster environment.
On this system, we can realize: geological data information cluster publishing service; Geological data information retrieval service based on spatial constraints, attribute keywords and category characteristics: multi-scale integration "one map" interactive operation environment of geological data spatial elements.
At the same time, in view of the present situation of distributed collection of geological data, a node group with wide participation, wide coverage and interconnection can be constructed through network channels, which can present a joint networking form and service mode of distributed operation and maintenance, collaborative aggregation and cluster sharing of geological data information; It has a retrieval service mechanism based on spatial information to provide geological data to the public; It can provide an interactive drawing environment for professionals and an embedded interface for cross-industry applications.
2.3 Northwest Geological Data Information Cluster Service Products
On the premise of establishing a cluster system in cooperation with geological data collection agencies in northwest China, the research group jointly organized a network to collect, sort out, maintain, update and publish geological data information; In the aspect of hierarchical service, fully respect local rights and interests, and realize the synchronous peer-to-peer mechanism between cluster nodes on the basis of interconnection; Make product packages for the * * * service platform and geological data information thematic data sets, and provide information product services to the outside world according to the industrialization service mechanism (Figure 2).

2.3. 1 Northwest Geological Data Catalogue Database and Geological Work Degree Database
By the end of 20 13, 2 1564 files of geological data, 176725 files and 6230 working degree databases have been built. Among them, the Catalogue of Geological Data of Shaanxi Province contains 7604 files, 39628 files and 2046 geological work files. There are 9900 geological data catalogues in Xinjiang, including file level 13578 1, geological work level 4 154, and "358" geological work level series retrieval atlas1; Ningxia geological data catalogue has 3 194 files, 500 file levels and 30 geological work levels, and 1 set of ecological migration project distribution map; There are 866 file-level files and 8 16 file-level files in the geological data catalogue of Xi' an Geological Survey Center.
2.3.2 Northwest Geological Map Database
The national geological map database of10.25 million was compiled and published, and the 2.5-dimensional DEM topographic model mosaic image map of the whole country was made, and the CAMBRIAN, Ordovician and Devonian paleogeographic maps of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of the national water conservancy environment and other data sources were compiled and made. We have also compiled the global geological map database 1.35 million, nationwide 1.250.
2.3.3 Special service product development
On the basis of developing the Technical Guide of Geological Data Information Service Clustering in Important Metallogenic Zones and compiling the special service products of geological data information, the Xinjiang 358 series Atlas of Geological Work Degree Retrieval was compiled, which directly revealed the present situation of geological work degree in comprehensive exploration areas and key metallogenic zones in Xinjiang, formed a technical process with demonstration and guiding significance for geological data information clustering in metallogenic zones, and provided decision-making basis for local project setting and planning and deployment.
The basic information about the distribution range and population of ecological migration areas in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was collected, and the collected environmental geology, hydrogeology, seismic geology and mineral geology data were applied to the ecological migration project in central and southern Ningxia, and the migration areas and migration areas were established, and the distribution map of ecological migration areas was completed.
3 Northwest Geological Data Information Cluster Service Mode
Through the integrated clustering and in-depth development of geological data, the frontier technology in the information field is adopted to dredge the information management and service channels of geological data, build an industry-level service platform, collect scattered and isolated geological data in a distributed manner, establish a unified data standard system, and display, interpret and excavate the information connotation of geological data in an all-round and multi-angle way through horizontal connection and vertical extension service on the basis of continuous updating and maintenance; The geological data information service has also changed from the traditional borrowing service mode to the knowledge service mode, and the industrial geological data information cluster service mode has begun to take shape.
1) Establish normalized geological data information collaborative service. Through perfecting the system, project support, business exchange, technical cooperation, experience exchange, virtual team, etc. Carry out provincial collaborative service mechanism, and gradually establish normalized collaborative service of geological data information cluster.
2) Build a cluster service sharing platform. According to the characteristics of distributed collection of geological data in China, from the perspective of cluster technology, each collection institution can form a node that can run independently; A Node Group consists of a portal aggregator and a service interface. Through data interconnection and functional peer-to-peer collaboration, distributed operation and maintenance, collaborative aggregation and clustered enjoyment can be presented. Enjoy the platform through the network and carry out cross-regional collaborative services for different user groups.
3) Establish a cluster node system. Through the deployment of computer software and hardware and network nodes, the basic operating environment is established, and the cluster * * * sharing platform "Geospatial Information Retrieval System" is installed and deployed in the land and resources information center and geological prospecting units. It has realized the collaborative networking with regional center and geological survey, showing the trend of joint service of geological data information cluster.
4) Each cluster node follows the corresponding management system and technical standards, adopts a unified data format conversion tool, sorts out and publishes all kinds of non-confidential geological data (Figure 3), and realizes geological data information cluster service [3].

4 conclusion
Compared with the management and socialized service of geological survey results in developed countries, there is still a big gap in the management and service of geological data in China at this stage. Through the exploration and research on the clustering mechanism and service mode of geological data information service, the solution is that the standardized management mechanism and smooth operation mode are the premise of realizing geological data information clustering, the construction of * * * sharing platform is an important means to provide geological data information management and service to the outside world, and accurate and authoritative geological data information is the basis of "clustering". Doing a good job in geological data cluster service will effectively solve the problem of scattered storage of geological data information and "isolated island" service, and greatly improve the ability of geological achievements to serve the public.
