Can technology now make people live on other planets without relying on foreign objects?

At present, technology can't make people live completely independently of foreign objects on other planets. Human survival on the earth needs a lot of natural resources and infrastructure support, such as air, water, food, energy and so on. These resources need to be obtained through foreign objects on other planets. Although human beings can gain more resources and knowledge through space exploration, long-term survival on other planets still needs a lot of technology and infrastructure support.
