According to the information of Longnan Metropolitan Network, Bailong River Water Diversion Project is a major strategic water resources allocation project determined by the provincial party committee and government. In July 2020, it was included in the list of 150 major water conservancy projects promoted nationwide in 2020-2022, and as one of the six major projects with a total national investment of over 50 billion yuan, it took water from Daigusi Reservoir in Diebu County, Gannan Prefecture. Water supply to 20 counties (districts) in Tianshui, Pingliang and Qingyang in the southeast of Gansu Province and 4 counties (districts) in Yan 'an City of Shaanxi Province, with a total beneficiary population of about 9.55 million, including 8.25 million in Gansu Province and 6.5438+0.3 million in Shaanxi Province.
