What is a neutral person?

Neutral: A man grows up and becomes a woman or a woman grows up and becomes a man.

The Government of New South Wales, Australia has issued a new identity document for Nori May Warebey, and the column of "Gender" indicates that the gender is unknown. May Warebey became the first officially recognized "neutral" in the world.

May Warebey was born in Paisley, England, when she was a boy. When I was a child, I immigrated to Australia with my family. At the age of 28, I had sex-change surgery and became a "daughter". May Warebey was still dissatisfied with the new gender and stopped taking estrogen pills a few years later. Now the doctor is not sure whether "she" is a man or a woman.
