3. Truthfully fill in the Approval Form for Going Abroad on Business and Going to Hong Kong and Macao in duplicate (in triplicate for delegations with departmental leading cadres). The form should be signed and stamped by the school leaders, and the visiting information should be publicized;

4, to participate in the national ministries or delegations from other provinces and cities, shall provide the notice of going abroad and task documents issued by the examination and approval department, as well as the certificate of prior consent of the competent department.

Two, with the approval of the Provincial Department of Education, submit the following materials for examination and approval abroad to the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office:

1, the reply of the Provincial Department of Education on the visit (official document);

2. Copy, fax and translation of the invitation letter;

3, signed by the provincial department of education leaders and stamped with the official seal of the "overseas, Hong Kong and Macao delegations to apply for approval form".

3. After obtaining the Approval Document of Jiangxi Provincial People's Government's Delegation to Hong Kong on Business issued by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Province, fill in the Information Form for Bid for Passport on Business, and go to the Foreign Affairs Office of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Province to apply for passport abroad (territory) with the following materials:

1, notice of going abroad;

2. Approval documents for going abroad;

3, political approval (issued by the school), or go abroad for the record form;

4. Handbook for Special Officials;

5. Public security secrecy and anti-espionage education sheet;

6. Personal insurance policy during going abroad;

7. Go to the authorized department to take photos of the new electronic passport and collect fingerprints and signatures;

8. Copy of ID card (stamped with the official seal of the school);

9. Pay the visa processing fee;

10, the visiting delegations of leading cadres at the departmental level must be audited by the provincial foreign affairs office and then reported to the general office of the provincial government. After the provincial leaders sign and affix their official seals, the Foreign Affairs Office of the province shall handle the examination and approval documents for going abroad.

Four, the following visa materials must be prepared to the provincial foreign affairs office. After verification by the Foreign Affairs Office of the province, according to the specific countries visited, it will be delivered to the office responsible for visa matters established by the Foreign Affairs Office of the province:

1, approval document for going abroad;

2. Political identity;

3. List of foreign visa applications (there are two different forms according to the requirements of different countries);

4. Fax of the invitation letter (some countries stipulate that visa applications use the original invitation letter);

5. Visa application form (different countries have different visa application forms or filling requirements, etc.). );

6. A recent two-inch plain photo (different countries have corresponding requirements for visa photos);

7. Public security secrecy and anti-espionage education sheet;

8. Insurance policy (if Finland has special requirements for visa personnel's personal insurance, at least 200,000 yuan should be insured);

9. Copy of ID card.
