Only those who have been criminally punished will have records (keep files)

Criminal punishments include (imprisonment, life imprisonment, surveillance, criminal detention, residential surveillance, fines, and deprivation of political rights.)

To apply for a non-immigrant visa in China, you need to present the following materials:
