Unrelated personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the work area or operating. indoor.

3. Operators should abide by the relevant maintenance regulations of the machinery, perform maintenance work at all levels conscientiously and promptly, and always keep the machinery in good condition.

4. Machinery that operates in multiple shifts should implement a shift handover system and carefully fill in the shift handover record. The successor can only start work after checking and confirming that it is correct.

5. Operators and cooperating workers must wear labor protection equipment as required during work. Long hair should be restrained and not exposed. Seat belts must be worn when working at heights.

6. The person in charge of on-site construction should provide necessary conditions such as roads, water, power sheds or parking areas for mechanical operations, and eliminate factors that hinder or unsafe mechanical operations. Sufficient barriers should be set up for night operations. illumination.

7. After the machinery enters the working site, the construction technicians should explain the construction tasks and safety technical measures to the operators. The operators should be familiar with the working environment and construction conditions, obey the instructions and abide by the on-site safety rules.

8. Machinery must be operated correctly and rationally in accordance with the technical performance, carrying capacity and usage conditions specified in the factory instruction manual. Overloading or arbitrary expansion of the scope of use is strictly prohibited.

9. Various safety protection devices on machinery and automatic alarm signal devices such as monitoring and indicating instrument alarms should be intact and complete. If there are any defects, they should be repaired in time. Machinery with incomplete or failed safety protection devices should not be used. .

10. Machinery must not be operated while it is sick. If any abnormality is found during operation, it should be stopped first to check and eliminate the fault before use.

11. Operators who violate any operation order in violation of these regulations should first explain the reasons before refusing to execute it. If an accident is caused by the issuing person's forced illegal operation, the issuing person should be held accountable, up to and including criminal liability.

12. New machines, machines that have undergone overhaul or technical transformation must be tested and commissioned in accordance with the requirements of the factory instruction manual and the current national standard construction machinery technical test procedures.

13. Places where machinery is concentrated should be supervised by dedicated personnel and should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment and tools.

14. When there is a conflict between the use of machinery and production safety, safety requirements must be obeyed first.

15. Machinery that has been out of service for more than one month or sealed up should be carefully maintained before being shut down or sealed up, and measures should be taken to prevent corrosion due to wind, sand, rain, water, and water.

Static roller

1. The working surface rolled by the roller should be properly leveled, and the newly filled soft roadbed should be rolled layer by layer with a sheep's foot roller or tamping machine. Or it can be crushed with a road roller after compaction.

2. When the moisture content of the soil exceeds 30%, it shall not be rolled. When the moisture content of the soil is less than 5%, it should be properly sprinkled with water.

3. The longitudinal slope of the working area should not exceed the maximum climbing capacity of the roller, and the cross slope should not be greater than 200.

4. The machine weight should be selected according to the rolling requirements. When the smooth wheel roller needs to increase the machine weight, sand or water can be added to the roller. Do not use water to gain weight when the temperature drops to 0℃

5. The tire roller should not be operated on the large stone base layer.

6. Before operation, there should be no cracks, looseness or leakage in the pipes and joints of each system. The scraper of the roller should be smooth and good, and the fasteners should not be loose. The tire pressure should also be checked on the tire roller. It can be started only after confirming that it is normal.

7. Do not use traction to force start the internal combustion engine, nor use a road roller to pull any machinery or objects.

8. After starting, a test run should be carried out to confirm that the braking and steering functions are sensitive and reliable before operation. There should be no obstacles or people around the roller before starting.

9. Drive at low speed when rolling, and stop when changing speed. The speed should be controlled within the range of 3~4km/h, and the speed should not be changed during one rolling stroke. The correct driving direction should be maintained during the rolling process. When rolling the second row, it must overlap half of the roller indentation with the first row.

10. Changing the forward and backward directions of the roller should be done after the rollers have stopped. The reversing clutch must not be used for braking.

11. When rolling on a newly built road, the road should be rolled from the middle to both sides. The distance from the edge of the roadbed should not be less than 0.5m.

12. When rolling the road near the mountain, it should be rolled from the inside to the outside, and the distance from the edge of the roadbed should not be less than 1m.

13. When going up or downhill, you should select the gear in advance, and do not change gears on the slope and do not coast in neutral when going downhill.

14. When two or more rollers are operating at the same time, the distance between the front and rear should not be less than 3m, and they are not allowed to drive in parallel on the slope.

15. Repairs or refueling are not allowed during operation. When repairs need to be done at the bottom of the machine, the internal combustion engine should be turned off, braked and the rollers should be pulled.

16. For three-wheel rollers with a differential locking device, the differential locking device can only be used when only one wheel is slipping, but it is not allowed to turn.

17. After operation, the roller should be parked on a flat and solid place and braked. Do not park on the edge of dirt roads or slopes or in places that obstruct traffic.

Vibratory roller

1. During operation, the roller should start before starting to vibrate. The internal combustion engine should first be set to medium speed and then adjusted to high speed.

2. Stop the engine first when changing speed and reversing direction, and reduce the speed of the internal combustion engine when changing speed.

3. The roller is strictly prohibited from vibrating on solid ground.

4. When rolling soft roadbed, it should be rolled 1 to 2 times without vibration, and then rolled with vibration.

5. The vibration frequency should be consistent during rolling. For vibratory rollers with adjustable vibration frequency, the vibration frequency should be adjusted before operation. The vibration frequency should not be adjusted without vibration.

6. Adjustment of the reversing clutch, starting clutch and brake should be carried out after the main clutch is disengaged.

7. Do not use fast gear when going up or downhill. It is strictly prohibited to use the fast gear when making sharp turns, including when the articulated vibratory roller is rolling in small turns.

8. The roller shall not engage in vibration when traveling at high speed.

9. When stopping, the vibration should be stopped first, then the reversing mechanism should be placed in the middle position, the transmission should be placed in neutral, and finally the hand brake lever should be pulled up. The internal combustion engine should idle for a few minutes and then turn off.

Grader

1. When leveling uneven ground, you should first use a bulldozer to level it and then use a grader to level it.

2. The grader operating area should be free of tree roots, rocks and other obstacles. Ground with solid soil should be loosened first with a rake.

11. When hard soil needs to be loosened with a rake, the teeth should be lowered slowly. Do not use a rake to loosen gravel or concrete pavement.

13. The grader should use low speed when turning or making a U-turn. Front wheel steering should be used during normal driving. When the site is particularly narrow, front and rear wheels can be used to turn at the same time.
