Provisions on the dress management of the people's police of public security organs

The revised "Regulations on the Management of People's Police Dress in Public Security Organs" was deliberated and adopted at the ministerial meeting of the Ministry of Public Security on May1KLOC-0/2007, and is hereby promulgated for implementation.

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China in order to strengthen the regularization of the public security team, standardize the dress management of the people's police in public security organs and establish a good image of the people's police.

Article 2 The dress of the people's police of public security organs (hereinafter referred to as the public security police) means that the professional people's police of public security organs wear the uniform of public security organs throughout the country in accordance with regulations.

Article 3 Except in special circumstances, police officers should wear clothes during working hours.

Article 4 Under any of the following circumstances, the public security police shall not wear clothes:

(a) it is not appropriate to dress for special investigation, security and other tasks or engage in secret work;

(2) Not traveling during working hours;

(3) The policewoman's body shape has obviously changed after pregnancy;

(four) other inappropriate or need to dress.

Article 5 A public security policeman who resigns, is transferred from a public security organ, or is dismissed from public office, has been placed on file for examination on suspicion of violating the law and discipline, has stopped performing his duties, or is confined shall not wear clothes.

Sixth police officers usually wear duty clothes during working hours; When participating in training, they usually wear training clothes; When attending the conferring ceremony, swearing-in, police reading, major conferences, foreign affairs and other activities, unless otherwise stipulated by the competent (host) unit, wear official uniforms.
