5. The relevant institutions will send the invitation letter back to the applicant's application school within 40 working days;

8. After checking the information of registered students, the Beijing Office of the Foundation will return the information to the cooperative organization within 2 working days;

Third, the problem after treatment

1. After getting the visa, carefully check whether the visa information is consistent, such as name and passport number. If it is inconsistent, you should contact the embassy immediately to handle it again, otherwise you may not be able to enter the country. Reprocessing should be free.

2. After getting the visa, remember to enter the country 45 days before the validity of the visa, otherwise it will be difficult for you to apply for landing visa in the future.

3. After entering the country, you should submit the required materials within three days and apply for your own visa on arrival, which is generally handled by the school.
