Those who meet the requirements can apply by themselves. Application conditions:

Those who win international awards or have great inventions can get final approval.

If the first condition is not met, the other application condition is to meet three of the following ten conditions.

Won outstanding awards in this field recognized by other countries (not limited to the United States) or internationally;

As a member of an association who can only join with outstanding performance;

He has published professional journals, or the major media have introduced and reported himself or his works, or published academic articles in his own field in professional journals or major media;

I have served as an individual judge or a member of the jury to evaluate other people's works in the same field;

Original scientific, academic or artistic contribution;

The applicant has published academic works in professional or major journals or major media;

I have held an art exhibition to show my products;

Holding leadership or important positions in famous organizations or institutions;

In the past, I enjoyed high salary or high remuneration in the same field;

A proven success in the performing arts.
