I lost my IELTS test report. Can I apply for additional originals at the IELTS test center? I took the exam in Nanning, Guangxi in May. Where exactly do I apply?

The application is ok, but the extra originals can't be sent to yourself. All post-test applications are on the page where you look at the results. There is a button called "Login to IELTS official website Post-test Service Platform to Apply for Post-test Service". Just follow its prompts to fill in.
