How to change vehicle information?

1. Handling of vehicle information change: the owner of a motor vehicle shall apply for registration of change to the vehicle management office within ten days after the change, fill in the Application Form for Registration of Motor Vehicle Change, and submit the identity certificate, motor vehicle registration certificate, original and photocopy of driving license. If the agent handles it, the original and photocopy of the agent's identity certificate and written power of attorney shall be submitted for vehicle inspection. If the engine, body or frame is replaced, the certificate of motor vehicle safety technical inspection shall also be submitted. 2. Change the motor vehicle number plate: The vehicle management office needs to change the motor vehicle number plate and driving license to determine a new number plate, and reissue the number plate, driving license and inspection mark when handling the motor vehicle change registration.
