Compared with Chinese-style meetings, they still have different understandings in Chinese. When the superiors communicate with the subordinates, the content and even the program can be changed. One of them is that China people have no sense of group, and everything is personalized. They use their own understanding to change their content beyond recognition, which is why China people can't unite. They are all too self-possessed, but they are not perfect, and there are too many shortcomings. They can't see it themselves, and others can't change it.
