List of university work permit visa materials

1. Original passport within the validity period;

2. Two completed work permit visa application forms (available on the website /Beijing/ch/visa/kits.htm);

3. The applicant's Family Information Form and the applicant's Education and Employment Details Form should be filled out in English, French or Chinese, and finally signed in Chinese characters and Pinyin;

4. Notarial certificate with no criminal record;

5. Notarized high school graduation certificate and school transcript (stamped with the official seal of the school);

6. Notarized university diplomas, degree certificates and school transcripts;

7. Proof that the visa application fee has been paid to the designated account;

8. 4 recent photos of passport size (taken within 6 months);

9.4 pieces of your own address (written or printed in Chinese, but not in an envelope);

10. Letter or employment contract from Canadian employer requesting employment;
