The land of Guangsha Crystal City belongs to Jingxian County, not Texas. The property level is average, and the environment is very poor because there are fertilizer plants and cement plants in the west, and that road is often unsafe, so big cars can't cross it.

A colleague of mine lives there. I am an old Texan, and there is no development prospect in that area as a whole. Because Texas is developing in the east and south, not in the west.
