(7) If the applicant is in a foreign region or in Hong Kong or Macao, a copy of re-entry visa, residence permit or Hong Kong or Macao resident identity card shall be attached.
(8) The license fee is NT$ 600 yuan (the mailer should attach a registered reply envelope, and fill in the recipient and address, which is not required by the sender).
Four. Application method:
(1) Where the applicant is in a foreign region, he shall apply to the Chinese embassy or consulate abroad, representative office, office or other institutions authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; If there is no embassy in the country of residence, relatives in Taiwan Province Province may apply to the Immigration Department on their behalf.
