(6) Power of attorney: unless the applicant personally delivers it abroad, in Hong Kong, Macao or by the respondent, if it is delivered by other relatives and friends in Taiwan Province or by a comprehensive A-class travel agency, a power of attorney shall be attached (if no relatives and friends in Taiwan Province are delivered by friends, an explanation shall be attached).

(7) If the applicant is in a foreign region or in Hong Kong or Macao, a copy of re-entry visa, residence permit or Hong Kong or Macao resident identity card shall be attached.

(8) The license fee is NT$ 600 yuan (the mailer should attach a registered reply envelope, and fill in the recipient and address, which is not required by the sender).

Four. Application method:
