Many policies in China are inferior to those in Kazakhstan. Many Kazakhs in northern China have now emigrated to Kazakhstan. If they go to remote places, they will pay for housing. If they stay in Astana and Almaty, they will pay the resettlement fee. There are too many people doing this in China, but it depends on people.
