Unconditional immigration to Japan

At home, I think I can travel abroad and learn knowledge and experience. Even if China has all kinds of bad things, if he accidentally bumps into someone in the street, it may be the other side, an apology from me or both sides, or a name-calling. But if he accidentally bumped into someone in a foreign street, he felt he needed to say sorry anyway. This is just a superficial metaphor. At home, I may be weak or strong. In foreign countries, even if I am strong, I am weak.
