If there is no Three Gorges Resettlement Management Agency in the district or county (autonomous county) where the candidate is currently registered, the candidate can submit the application to the Three Gorges Resettlement Management Department of the original district or county (autonomous county) from which he or she moved for review.

It is also understood that after the relevant departments and units of each district and county (autonomous county) review the candidates' applications, they must be sent to the Municipal Immigration Bureau before May 8.
