With the collapse of the Qing dynasty and the opening of the restricted area, a large number of immigrants from all over the country moved to the northeast, and the Northeast Tiger also experienced unprecedented catastrophe. Due to the increase of population, the decrease of forest area and the uncontrolled killing and reproduction, the number of Siberian tigers has been greatly reduced, and its distribution range has also rapidly retreated northward.
