According to the legal chart, the compensation standard for reservoir resettlement mainly includes the Regulations on Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects. Regulations on Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects Article 22 Land compensation and resettlement subsidies for land requisitioned by large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects shall be implemented in accordance with the same compensation standards as those for land used for infrastructure projects such as railways and the standards stipulated by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the land is requisitioned.
