How to make Yanjin grapes?

Grapes in Yanjin are used as raw materials, and salt, sugar (sodium cyclamate), citric acid or sorbic acid, spices and peppers are used as auxiliary materials.

Manufacturing steps: 1. Selecting raisins from Turpan, Xinjiang, China, and washing them without removing seeds;
