Every village's ancient meeting has a specific time, such as the seventh day of the first month in Yimen village, the twentieth day in Guojiatan and the 25th day in Dongguan. Liujiapan Village is the tenth day of the first month, starting from the ninth day of the first month and continuing until the twelfth day of the first month, with the tenth day as the official day.

The fifth day was called "Breaking Five". After that, everything was forgiven and the ancient games were prepared. Generally, the person responsible for preparing the ancient meeting is called the "meeting head", which arranges the ancient meeting and the villagers actively participate.
