In 2023, the Lanzhou Municipal Government will plan Xigu District to speed up the construction of a dry port function project, and build an international, modern, professional and large-scale logistics platform and freight transit hub distribution center.

The land port of Gansu Province, located at the important node of the golden section of Gansu in the Silk Road Economic Belt and the west gate of Lanzhou City, is an important platform for Gansu Province to expand its opening to the outside world and serve the country's opening to the west and south. Since 20 18, Lanzhou dry port has been rated as a national excellent logistics park by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing for four consecutive years.
