The Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Sciences at the University of Debrecen is the largest faculty at the University of Debrecen, with more than 40 departments and majors and 12 doctoral programs. The School of Humanities of the University has established exchange education alliances with more than 50 institutions in more than 20 countries. All current students can apply for student exchange study programs at alliance schools. On the basis of English teaching, the school offers free courses in Hungarian, French, German, Italian and other European minor languages. Students with excellent scores in the college entrance examination can participate in the school interview and enroll directly without preparatory courses.
