Hangjinqi fully promotes the construction of three key towns. Our banner fully promotes the town construction of three key towns, namely, Sini Town, Dugui Tara Town and barragon Town. The built-up area of the whole flag has reached 18.5 square kilometers, and the urbanization rate is 50%. To turn Sini Town into a modern city with modern flavor, history and culture, the main requirements are to highlight the characteristics of the town, inherit the historical context and carry forward advanced culture, deepen and refine the urban design, so that every aspect of urban construction reflects the modern style, regional characteristics and national characteristics, and make it a modern town with modern flavor, history and culture. Transform the old city in the west, build an ecological commercial and residential area in Taolaigou in the middle, and expand to the East Coast New District to form a new urban grid area that supports the surrounding industrial parks. The Taolaigou ecological commercial and residential area in the middle is 8 square kilometers, and the road network with two vertical and four horizontal scales of 14 kilometers has been fully started, and some greening projects have been completed. The construction of hospitals, schools, social welfare centers and public security and legal departments has begun. East Development New Area 1 1 km2, Hong Rui Company has been introduced to carry out land acquisition and infrastructure construction in the early stage. The first phase of the southern new energy industry demonstration zone is 29 square kilometers. At present, large-scale projects in the park include Zhongsheng photoelectric polysilicon industrial chain project and Xinsheng natural gas LNG project, and the basic facilities of the park have been basically completed. Duguitala Town will be built into a demonstration town of urban and rural planning in the western part of the autonomous region, with a total planned area of 15 square kilometers and the first phase of planning of 4.4 square kilometers. Construction of 2 square kilometers of urban infrastructure, four immigrant communities and industrial park workers' residential areas has been started. Relying on Dugui Tara Industrial Park and modern agriculture and animal husbandry base, we will continuously improve the industrial agglomeration capacity and population carrying capacity, and build a demonstration town for urban and rural planning in the western part of the autonomous region. Barragon Town will be built into a beautiful "window" town in the west of Ordos City, and the planned total area of barragon Town is 8 square kilometers. With the construction of infrastructure such as road pipe network and immigrant community in the new district as the main body, the development of the new district will drive the demolition and transformation of the old district. Relying on the unique location and transportation advantages, and taking the SME Pioneer Park and Logistics Park as industrial support, we will further improve the public service function of urban built-up areas.
