Japan earthquake, magnitude 8.9 ~ ~ ~ Why do some people gloat?

Perhaps some people have been prejudiced against the Chinese nation since the beginning of the Anti-Japanese War. In fact, we can completely put aside the barriers between races and feel the feelings of the people in the disaster areas. When we were in the Wenchuan earthquake, everyone was United and no one gloated. The earthquake is a disaster for all mankind, not just Japan. Japan is in an earthquake zone, so it is not surprising that earthquakes occur frequently. Shouldn't we reflect on why there are so few casualties in such a big earthquake in Japan? We should learn from their experience in earthquake prevention, so that our people will not suffer heavy casualties when an earthquake occurs.
