Chen Zhiqiang's personal situation

Chen Zhiqiang, born in Dingzhou, Hebei Province, 1967, director of the teaching and research section of ideological and political theory course in Shanghai University of Commerce, professor of political science, doctor of law. In 2002, he graduated from Hebei Normal University with a master's degree in international politics.
