Has Duyun Mochong Jiabai Reservoir started?

(1) All flooded projects below the backwater range of 809 meters shall be stopped immediately;

(II) Whether the project below the 809-meter backwater area is flooded, but it will not lose the main functions and benefits of the project, please ask the local people's government to report the list of related projects to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Water Resources Department and the Provincial Ecological Immigration Bureau for research and determination within one month from the date of issuing this notice.
