Employers' sponsored immigrants in BC, Canada are divided into two categories:

1) Immigrants sponsored by ordinary employers

2) Employer-sponsored immigration in 2)EE channel

The difference between the two is simple. The category of EE channel is higher, but the speed is faster. Ordinary employers are not demanding, but the speed is slow.

BC Employer guarantees the applicant's application conditions:

1.2 years working experience in high-tech positions (NOC 0, A, B);

2. There is an open-ended full-time employment letter issued by a qualified employer, and the salary is enough to meet your life in BC Province;

3. Have a certain English foundation, above CLB4, and EEBC requires IELTS 4 and 6;

4. Good health and no criminal record;

5. College degree or above;

6. Give each invitation the lowest score.

Requirements for employers:

1. The company is registered as a limited partnership in BC province and is in good operating condition, or it is a qualified public sector or non-profit organization;

2. According to the definition of federal income tax law, the company must be permanently established in BC province;

3. The company must operate in BC Province for at least one year (if it supports entry-level or semi-skilled workers, it needs to operate for two years);

4. If the company is located in Vancouver metropolitan area, it must have at least 5 stable full-time employees in BC province;

5. If the company is located outside Vancouver metropolitan area, it must have at least 3 stable full-time employees in BC province.
