What do you call old party member when you join the Party?

Old comrades, old-timers, big brothers, big sisters. New party member can call old party member by the following names:

1, if you are not familiar with people, you can call them predecessors or old-timers, old comrades, etc.

2. If you are a colleague, you can call yourself a position or Lao Zhang or Lao Li.

3. If you are familiar with someone, you can call Zhang Dage and Li Dajie.
