Singapore

Recently, the Embassy of China in Singapore issued the Notice on canceling the direct boarding of passengers who go to China with a unified test certificate and standardizing the sampling method for serum IgM antibody testing (hereinafter referred to as the Notice). It is required to cancel the practice of domestic passengers boarding the plane directly with a unified format inspection certificate from 65438+February 1.

Because of this, Singaporeans who come to China can no longer board the plane directly with the unified examination certificate. China citizens (including those from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must apply to the Embassy for a green health code with "HS" logo, and foreign tourists must apply to the Embassy for a green health statement QR code with "HDC" logo before boarding the plane.

The notice pointed out that in order to improve the accuracy of IgM detection, venous blood collection should be adopted (fingertip blood collection is not allowed). For this reason, passengers on flights 65438+February 5 and above must submit the green QR code of IgM antibody negative test certificate indicating the sampling method of venous blood (see the attachment for proof samples, and the certificate with non-uniform format issued by the laboratory should also be indicated. The embassy has informed the testing agency of this requirement through the Ministry of Health of Singapore. Passengers going to China are also requested to confirm the relevant information when making an appointment for the test and after obtaining the test certificate, so as not to affect the trip because the test certificate does not indicate the sampling method of venous blood.

Canada

The Chinese Embassy in Canada issued a notice saying that starting from 12 and 1, China and foreign passengers flying from Canada to China must go to the China Embassy and Consulate in Canada to apply for green health marked as "HS" or "HDC" within two days before boarding the plane. The previous practice of boarding the plane directly with the examination certificate is no longer applicable.

Nucleic acid testing and antibody testing, as well as applying for green health code, should be completed in Canada within 2 days before passengers board the plane, subject to the sampling time. If the test samples are taken on 65438+February 1 day, the boarding time of the flight should be no later than 65438+February 3. Conversely, if the flight boarding time is 65438+February 3rd, the sampling time should be 65438+February 1 (inclusive).

Japan

Passengers going to China need to apply for a green health code with "HS" or "HDC" logo from the Japanese Embassy and Consulate in China with the help of COVID-19 nucleic acid test and serum-specific IgM antibody double test certificate before boarding the plane. The previous practice of boarding the plane with paper documents is no longer applicable.

South Korea

France

65438+From February 1 2020, Chinese and foreign passengers flying from France to China must apply for a green health code with "HS" or "HDC" logo at the China Embassy and Consulate in France two days before boarding the plane, with a negative certificate of COVID-19 nucleic acid test and a negative certificate of serum-specific IgM antibody test taken in France.
